A New Home

On February 2, 2019, we moved into our new location, 2164 McCulloch Blvd. N., Unit B-2! We have setup the church and have space to expand.

Orthodox Book Study Ministry

Our Book Study
We will be reading two books (so far!) this year. The first one is The Orthodox Way by Metropolitan Kallistos Ware (of blessed memory) followed by God, Where is the Wound? by Schemanun Siluana (Vlad) (of blessed memory). We have copies of The Orthodox Way for those that need one, please speak to Jonathan to get a copy for $18. Copies of the second book will be handed out later and that price is $26.

We will be meeting on Mondays weekly at 6:30 PM at our chapel. If some folks would prefer joining via a conference call, please let Jonathan know and he will set one up for that. Notes for The Orthodox Way can be found on the Assumption website here where each week we will go over a chapter of the book.

Currently we have transitioned from The Orthodox Way, to God, Where is the Wound? We plan to read pages 187-214, The Questions and Answers, for this Monday, April 23rd, 2024

Parish Needs

Here is a  wish list for the parish. Please pray for how your heart may be moved to serve and to give. Thank you for the generosity of of those who have felt called.

We are praying for church growth; a physical home of our own for the church (we rent our chapel), and a priest of our own! With God all things are possible!
